Curie - Point - Pyrolyser - Pyromat

Curie - Point - Pyrolysis is a well proven method for the fast analysis of complex non-volatile chemical materials. No sample preparation is required. Small amounts of sample (micrograms) are sufficient for an analysis. In order to save time and money automation, i.e. high sample throughput, is a topic in all areas of analytical laboratories. Because of its unique design the Pyromat is able to provide unattended operation of up to 24 samples. All essential parameters like temperature and pyrolysis time can be determined individually for each sample. Within a few minutes the Pyromat can be installed and removed from the GC. At any time you will be able to change from pyrolysis to liquid injection.

Applications

- Polymers and Co-Polymers
- Paints, Lacquers and Pigments
- Analysis of Additives, Adhesives, Rubber Materials (e.g. Tyers...), Paper, Textiles etc.
- Environmental Analytics (soil samples)
- Pharmaceutical Industry
- Analysis of biological/geological materials
- Forensic Analysis

Features

- Highly reproducible pyrolysis temperature
- Rapid heating in milliseconds
- Wide temperature range by means of ferromagnetic sample carriers (wires, tubes) from 160 to 1040 degree centigrade
- Easy fitting to most GC-Systems
- Microprocessor control
- Avoidance of condensation residues by use of two transfer heaters (temperature control range from 30 to 300 degree centigrade)
- Universal adapter for direct connection to the capillary column
