AURA MINI
The Bio-Cabinets Aura Mini can be used for a wide variety of applications including sterility testing, cell culture,
molecular biology, drug preparation, PCR (in active mode with UV light and timer option), food industry and
assembly of optical and electronic components.
The special design of the AURA MINI Laminar Flow Cabinet allows safe manipulation of sterile products with an
inward air barrier that increases operator safety. Outward barrier mode and Active mode PCR versions are
available.

Mini Laminar Flow Cabinet Features:

PCR Workstations
The Bio Cabinets PCR Equipment Workstation utilises short wavelength (254nm) Ultra Violet light to inactivate
residual DNA/RNA and destroy contaminants post procedure. In clinical and diagnostic PCR work an ultra clean
workstation free from particulate and biological contamination is essential for reliable results.
This ergonomically designed; front opening PCR cabinet provides safe conditions for pre-amplification
procedures. Aerosols generated during the handling of the post-amplification samples cannot enter the
cupboard. Also, any molecule of DNA still present is subsequently neutralised with the UV radiation cleansing
procedure applied after the working procedure(s) have been completed.
