ASP Platelet Shakers are available in two sizes, small and large, depending on the expected work loads. Both size shakers can be supplied with multiple trays to accommodate larger numbers of blood bags.

Universal Platelet Shaker (small model shown with 2 shelf system)

Features:

  • Orbital motion with Auto Reverse Cycle (selectable)
  • Speed range 20 - 400 rpm (other ranges can be supplied)
  • Ultra-quiet operation
  • Microprocessor controlled ‘Slow Start’ and ‘Braking’ functions
  • Speed and time functions an well as user programming can be ’locked in’ with key lock
  • Last speed and time settings retained in memory
  • Automatic start-up after power supply failure
  • 9 Volt battery backup system for alarm in the event of total system failure
  • Building Management System interface via socket at rear of machine
  • Audible and visual alarms include end-of run, stall indication, power failure
  • Automatic activation of 24V battery back-up system (if fitted)
  • Option: 24V battery backup constantly re-charged

ASP Orbital Shakers are available in two sizes, small and large, depending on the expected work loads. Both size shakers can be supplied with accessories to accommodate flasks of different sizes using flask clips or a ‘universal’ tray with adjustable rollers.
